We wondered if we were ever going to see this game but here it is, just in time for our Christmas issue.

There are five events as promised. Fencing, Triple Jump, Skeet Shooting, Hurdles and High Diving. They are all pretty good. The introductory parts to the game are excellent and medals are awarded at the end of each event.

Fencing is possibly the worst event. It's quite well presented but I couldn't master it and it seemed to be pretty random when I scored a hit. This might have been me but it did seem a bit uncontrollable.

Triple Jump is not bad. You have to get the speed up, get the angle of take-off and then see how far you go. It is fun trying to get a good score.

Skeet Shooting is good. It's hard and it's a bit tricky to see the clay pigeons but it's enjoyable and you get better with practice.

Hurdles is quite good. Bash the keys as fast as you can and jump the hurdles.

Diving is probably the best. You have a very large main character to control and you have about fifteen seconds drop before you hit the water. It's a bit weird but it's good fun and we kept wanting to play on.

Up to four players can play at once. Any event can be replayed so if you really like one event you can keep striving for that gold medal.

Overall it is a very good package. I like it a lot more than either Commonwealth Games or Winter Olympiad, and it's well worth getting.
