I have received a disk which my drive cannot read. Unfortunately it slipped out of the envelope in which it was sent and I don't know where it came from. It is a black HD disk with a yellow and white label and the words "ADFS. FILE W/P Slogger STARWORD".

If you sent this disk, could you contact me? I will return it to you to be redone or replaced with a DD disc.

My front room which is my office has become more and more cluttered lately so I decided to redecorate and install some shelves. It turned out to be a lot more complicated and expensive than I had hoped. I have now got it done. The biggest advantage is that I have replaced two buckshee bookshelves with a wall of shelves. I am still sorting everything out and trying to places for all the stuff but it's working out well.

Funnily enough, there still doesn't seem to be quite enough space.

Does anyone have any information about Econet? I must confess I don't know very much except that it was a means for Acorn machines to be connected together and talk to each other. Perhaps some reader has some experience with Econet, perhaps even some software.
