I have to swallow EUG #41's words somewhat.
A friend of mine, who is a bit of a computer whizz, has explained how to set up my PC so that I can access the Internet properly.
He has also advised me on the Golden Rule For PCs: Nothing is free. If software is offered free, stay away. It will more than likely cause problems for your system.
That said, he managed to remove the 'free' software which came with the Internet Provider disks and reload the Internet Provider software.
I have managed to book some space on the Internet; about 20 megabytes. I want to use it for an EUG web page. Unfortunately, I lack the skills. If any reader could assist me with programming this page, it would be a great help.
Also, if anyone wants to contribute to this page then please do so.
Remember that EUG has an e-mail address as well now.
