Introduction
Space Shapes and Runaway Rocket are two games that "Whizz" plays at the Space Place.
This is a galactic playground for droids run by 'Voice', the caretaker computer. Droids like Whizz know about computers from going to cosmic classes at Home-base control. So she's 'Whizzard' at computer games!

Space Shapes
Can you remember the order of the flashing shapes as they appear on the screen?
Before you play this game, slide the strip on the back of this card under the plastic strip above the function keys on your computer (The buttons along the top), lining up the star shape with the key marked f1 and the box shapes with the key marked f9. (Electron users line up with number keys.)
When the game starts, one of the shapes will flash.
You must then find the shape on the strip and press the red key below it. If you press the correct key then your score will go up and another shape will flash. You then have to press the first key, followed by the key under the second shape.
If you press the wrong key points will be deducted from your score.
If you forget the correct sequence of shapes then press f0 and it will flash them in the correct order, but don't do this too often as it also causes you to lose points.
Runaway Rocket
Can you guide the Runaway Rocket around the screen avoiding its deadly smoke trail until the Mothership comes and rescues it? The counter at the bottom of the screen tells you how much time you have left before the Mothership arrives.
If you bump into the smoke trail the rocket will be destroyed, and in harder levels you also have to avoid the deadly Asteroids which will also destroy your rocket on impact!
