Robotron 2084

"A fast-action game, very difficult in later stages, with good graphics and sound, and which gives you a real feeling of achievement when you master the controls!"
Acorn User

"On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it 11 for addictiveness."
Electron User

Introduction

Inspired by his never-eneding quest for progress, in 2084 man perfects the Robotrons: a robot species so advanced that man is inferior to his own creation. Guided by their infallible logic, the Robotrons conclude the human race is inefficient and therefore must be destroyed.

You are the last hope for mankind. Due to a genetic engineering error, you possess super-human powers. Your mission is to stop the Robotrons and save the last human family.

The force of Ground Roving Unit Network Terminator (G.R.U.N.T.) Robotrons seek to destroy you.

The indestructible Hulk Robotrons seek out and elimiate the last human family.

Beware of the ingenious Brain Robotrons that possess the power to reprogram humans into sinister Progs. The Brains also fire deadly cruise missiles that seek you out mercilessly.

The deadly Electrodes block your path, changing form every wave.

The Spheroids and Quarks are programmed to manufacture Enforcer and Tank Robotrons.

Only a handful of human survivors remain on Earth. Touch as many as you can to place them under your protective powers.

Technical Data

Your only weapon is your anti-Robot Laser Gun. With it you can destroy all the Robotron species except the Hulks.
